Our Yoga Sessions are run in school by Debbie and her team from ‘Active8 for kids’. In our yoga sessions, children are taken on imaginary adventures which they act out using safe yoga poses. There is no faith or religious related content in the sessions, only movement and posture work. The classes are a mixture of physical exercise, calming breath-work and fun games, all designed to put children in a relaxed and positive frame of mind and equip them with coping mechanisms to enhance their general well-being and mental health.
